Welcome to Moncton Wesleyan!

We are so expectant for what God is going to do in our gathering this Sunday! This Sunday is week six of our Rescue series, with Pastor Joel speaking!

Watch previous sermons online here!

Thanks to your generosity, we have delivered furniture to many newcomers and local people in need. Thanks to our furniture ministry team for all their serving! We could use more living room furniture, kitchen tables, bed sets, and dressers. Call the church office to donate. 857-2293.

Anytime is a good time to express appreciation for pastors, especially during Pastor Appreciation Month in October! Across North America, churches give focused attention to appreciating their pastors in tangible ways this month. The church board would like to encourage our congregation to share expressions of appreciation to our pastors. We have Thank You notes available at the information desk on Sunday. Fill one out and drop it off to place on our Thank You Wall in the Atrium, or post on social media using #mypastoris to win prizes and be featured by the Wesleyan Headquarters. Let’s honour and love our Pastors this month!

Operation Christmas Child boxes are now available for pickup at the church. This is an excellent opportunity for you and your loved ones to get in the Christmas spirit. November 18-24 is the Collection week. Thanks for investing in children around the world!

Have you ever wanted to learn American Sign Language? There is an 8-week class starting Monday October 28 from 7-9 pm. For more information, see Renee Giggie at the Info Centre after the service this Sunday.

Let’s fill the cupboards with canned goods for the Second Mile Food Bank! Canned goods or cash donations will be received in the Atrium until next Sunday by volunteers from one of our wonderful small groups. We celebrate the amazing work done by both of the city food banks and the amazing MW volunteers who are the heart of them.

Please join us at the Moncton Christian Academy Open House on Friday, November 8! Parents can complete one form for each student who will be visiting. The Open House is from 9 am to 11 am. Students may register online to take part in regular classes for two hours. For more information, visit monctonchristian.ca
