If you live here in Moncton, you know that our covid cases and hospitalizations have been rising. This is serious and there’s a lot of concern in New Brunswick right now. We have received clarification from the province on how best to follow their guidelines for public health. The government changed some things and we want to be part of the solution, not part of the problem. Check out the details at mw.church/c19 |
Small group kick-off happens this Sunday at 7:00pm!!!! If you’re one of the many people who are new to Small Groups we invite you to join us for this casual, fun 60 min Online event. Grab a hot drink and snack, show up, and join in, we can’t wait to see you there! Register at mw.church/kickoff |

1 Thess. 5:12 says “And now, friends, we ask you to honour those leaders, who work so hard for you, who have been given the responsibility of urging and guiding you along in your obedience.”The month of October is Pastor Appreciation Month! All of us have had challenges in this season to adapt to a new, hopefully temporary, normal. The pastors have had their own set of challenges as they continue moving forward in the cause. We believe our Church is doing amazing and it is due to great visionary leaders along with wonderful supportive people.
Please pray for your pastors and their families. We would also like to encourage you to send along notes or emails or give them a call and tell your Pastors how much you appreciate them! |
Celebrate Recovery will be meeting online only this week on Tuesday at 6:30 pm. Afterward, Celebrate Recovery meets every Tuesday at 6:30 pm in the Life Centre at the church. We help people find freedom and healing from all types of hurts, habits, and hangups. If you would like to receive the link to attend online this Tuesday, please go to the Celebrate Recovery Moncton Wesleyan FB page and request it. For more information, please feel free to contact Loana Colpitts, Director of Recovery at lcolpitts@mw.church |
